This KCB Certificate course has been designed to give a foundation in the most important areas of business. The course focuses on both the knowledge & skills required in business and so are highly practical.

Students without the required qualifications to start professional qualifications i.e. Marketing [CIM], Accountancy [AIA, ACCA] can take the KCB Certificate, which is recognised by the professional bodies above and gain entry to their chosen profession more quickly and at a lower cost.

The Certificate in Business Management is the first stage in the KCB professional diploma programme which consists of 4, 6-month stages:

• Stage 1: Certificate in Business Management (6 months)

• Stage 2: Diploma in Business Management (6 months)

• Stage 3: Advanced Diploma in Business Management (6 months)

• Stage 4: Higher Diploma in Business Management (6 months)

Upon completion of the Certificate in Business Management Course students may proceed directly onto:

• Diploma in Business Management

The certificate course consists of four modules:

  • Finance
  • Management
  • Communications
  • The Economic environment

Assessment is in the form of a combination of exams and written assignments

  • Minimum 2 GCE ‘O’ Level Credits in English medium subjects
